The back story
In 2008, Tandy Leather came to us with a list of RFP requirements: multi-currency, multi-language, and support 90 brick-and-mortar stores with nearly 70+ administrative users. Their various business needs ranged from being easily findable online, to better customer ability to purchase products at different pricing levels, to automatic routing of orders to specific stores for fulfillment, to improved shipping and payment processing.
In order to meet all of Tandy's requirements, we worked closely with their team to create a unified vision and strategic business plan before re-launching their new site with international support.

After adding multi-currency functionality to support five currencies, and multi-language functionality, all of the Tandy websites offer English, Spanish and French versions. In 2015 we redesigned their website, which resulted in upgraded content management tools. Now each store has a separate admin area with unique log in credentials where order processing and customer lookups occur.
Today, we manage their PPC campaigns and in a short time sparked a 800% growth in sales and new customers. We also built their SEO program so that it could compete in major search engines for the extremely competitive search keyword “Leather”.
