The iconic bicycle brand, Schwinn, is a division of Pacific Cycle. Headquartered in Madison, WI, their high-quality bikes are sold in the US and around the globe through mass-market retailers and independent bike dealers, online and in stores.

A new look for an iconic bicycle brand.

After providing strategic recommendations for Schwinn via a comprehensive UX website evaluation and competitive analysis focused on user experience, usability, information architecture and brand messaging, we then created a comprehensive customer journey mapping, usability testing and surveying to get at the heart of Schwinn’s customer base and determine how they want to interact with the new website.
