How we got started 

Schwinn needed a consultative partner with a strong, technical background in ecommerce and digital marketing to provide strategic guidance, user research, and UX and visual design for their upcoming website replatform project.

We've done some great work together 

We started out by providing strategic recommendations for Schwinn via a comprehensive UX website evaluation and competitive analysis focused on user experience, usability, information architecture and brand messaging. 

We moved on to a comprehensive user research project including customer journey mapping, usability testing and surveying to get at the heart of Schwinn’s customer base and determine how they want to interact with the new website. 

We're now working with their development partner to make their new website a reality, and providing them ongoing consulting around their ecommerce platform, user experience, and content.
