Christopher is a fast-talking, story-telling, energy-packed team player with a witty metaphor for everything. Even though he has enough energy to share, he can still be seen sipping on high octane energy drinks to stay focused. He funnels this energy to lead Acumium’s business development and digital marketing services as the VP of Sales and Marketing. He is a natural leader with over 16 years of expertise in marketing, eCommerce and technology coupled with his degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire.
As a former Director of Marketing, Christopher perfected a content marketing strategy that accounted for a 400% increase in leads. Having helped many clients launch micro-publishing sites, Chris is well versed in usability, analytics and search engine optimization. He also successfully co-founded and grew a niche online community to over 1,200 members in under two years.
Outside of the office, Christopher is highly competitive. He loves sports and is a hockey enthusiast, having played in college and spent one year in the minor leagues before turning to roller hockey to close out his career. He also channeled his leadership skills into coaching the club hockey team at UW-Madison for 10 years, winning two national titles and coach of the year.
When not spending time with his wife and two daughters, Christopher says he could spend countless hours fishing on a boat in Hayward, WI. He has volunteered many years with the Arthritis Foundation and now is the marketing chairman for a local charity, Madison4Kids, helping them build this organization from the ground up.
