Creating Awareness for National Credit Union Foundation

Working closely with NCUF's executive staff Acumium was able to determine their e-business needs. The major challenge was to increase NCUF's awareness with a strong web presence, while strengthening its branding by integrating its new website design with existing marketing collateral.
The National Credit Union Foundation (NCUF), an affiliate of CUNA Mutual Group, is the charitable arm of the U.S. credit union movement.

Acumium was also required to:

  • Present information to target audiences in a format and structure that is easy to navigate;
  • Integrate with NCUF's existing database
  • Bring a human quality dimension to the website;
  • Automate administrative functions of NCUF staff;
  • Provide architecture that is flexible and adaptable for future growth and change;
  • Refocus communications efforts from print to website to reduce costs and increase interactive communication.

The Acumium Solution

Acumium developed a state-of-the-art dynamic content managed site that integrated with NCUF's existing database. Special features of this dynamic site include:

  • An online newsletter publishing module with online sign-up and a subscriber database. The newsletter is created online in template form and can be sent out as text or HTML.
  • A media manager for performing web-based uploading and management of online content, like PDFs, or audio and video files.
  • Searchable database archives for news articles, press releases, newsletters, and annual reports.
